Konto und Daten löschen

Option 1: Direkt in der App (empfohlen)

1. Öffnen Sie die DeutschCards-App.
2. Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen.
3. Scrollen Sie nach unten und tippen Sie auf Konto löschen.
4. Bestätigen Sie die Löschung (zweifache Bestätigung).

Ihr Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten werden sofort und unwiderruflich gelöscht.

Option 2: Per E-Mail

Wenn Sie keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App haben, senden Sie eine E-Mail von der Adresse, mit der Ihr Konto registriert ist, an deutschcards.ls@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir löschen Ihr Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail.

Welche Daten werden gelöscht?

• Konto (E-Mail-Adresse, Anmeldedaten)
• Alle Lerninhalte: Themen, Karteikarten, Wörter, Chunks, Texte
• Lernfortschritt, SRS-Daten und Statistiken
• App-Einstellungen und Abo-Verknüpfung (pseudonyme RevenueCat-ID)

Hinweis: Ein aktives Abonnement wird durch die Kontolöschung nicht automatisch gekündigt. Kündigen Sie Ihr Abo zusätzlich in den Google Play-Einstellungen (Google Play → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos).

Aufbewahrung

Nach der Löschung bewahren wir keine personenbezogenen Daten auf, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. steuerrechtliche Belege zu Käufen) bestehen. Absturzberichte bei Sentry enthalten keine direkten Identifikatoren und laufen automatisch nach 90 Tagen ab.

Delete your account and data

Option 1: Directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the DeutschCards app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion (double confirmation).

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately and irreversibly.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email from the address your account is registered with to deutschcards.ls@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

What data is deleted?

• Account (email address, login credentials)
• All learning content: topics, flashcards, words, chunks, texts
• Learning progress, SRS data and statistics
• App settings and subscription link (pseudonymous RevenueCat ID)

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please also cancel your subscription in the Google Play settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

Retention

After deletion, we do not retain any personal data unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. tax records for purchases). Crash reports in Sentry contain no direct identifiers and expire automatically after 90 days.
